Tennille Haynes, Director
The director of the Fields Center works closely with deans and center directors in developing a co-curricular program that enriches Princeton's academic life. The director serves as an adviser and educator for students and as a resource for faculty and staff on issues of diversity, inclusion, social justice and community. Additionally, the center's director helps to organize workshops, training's and retreats for student organizations and campus affiliates that focus on topics related to race and ethnicity, class, civic engagement and leadership development.
Valencia Constant, Program Coordinator
Valencia serves as a resource for the Carl Fields Center and the student members of the University community and work collaboratively with the director to support the mission and function of the Center. The program coordinator helps to coordinate, sustain, support and evaluate programs relating to the mission of the Carl Fields Center. The coordinator provides extensive programming, outreach and education on campus; assists students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members who use the Center; assists in advising student organizations; supervises student employees and volunteers and assists with daily operations of the Center.
