We all negotiate constantly, often not recognizing it. Whether we are negotiating a salary or new role in our professional lives, or determining whose turn it is to fold laundry or walk the dog in our personal lives -- negotiation is necessary and inescapable.
Women often face unique challenges when entering into negotiations, contending with questions about their identities and managing the perceptions and expectations of others. A panel of diverse alumnae will discuss their experiences with negotiation and skills that are crucial for negotiation.
