Alumni will discuss how they approach presentation in professional settings as it relates to gender-normative clothing, body size, and industry standards/expectations.  

During this program, you will:

• Learn about expectations in different fields and techniques to manage them

• Hear from alumni about instances when they lacked confidence due to body image/sexual orientation/gender identity and how they managed it

• Get advice on how to assess workplace culture and the importance of a work environment that enables employees to feel welcome and included.
