First-Year Strong: 3 Critical Skills for Courage, Transition, and Self-Compassion

In this workshop, leadership expert Rachel Simmons will guide students learn strategies for navigating the first waves of college life. Themes include overcoming imposter phenomenon, taking risks and trying new things, and debunking destructive myths about how college is “supposed” to be. Lunch will be served.
