Who is Malcolm X? And why does he resonate as a symbol of freedom and self-determination throughout the world? In reflecting on Malcolm X, we'll also think with Malcolm X, giving us the opportunity to reflect on our world in these profoundly troubling times.

Guest speaker: Sohail Daulatzai, Professor of Film and Media Studies, African American and Global & Middle East Studies at UC-Irvine, and author of Black Star, Crescent Moon.
