We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 10th, 1:00-4:00 pm ET for our Environmental Justice Symposium: Meaningful Engagement Between Communities and Institutions of Higher Education. Please register in advance.

Featured speakers include: Kim Gaddy, Environmental Justice Organizer for Clean Water Action of New Jersey; Maria Lopez-Nuñez, Director of Environmental Justice and Community Development at Ironbound Community Corporation in Newark and member of the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council; Chief Vincent Mann, Turtle Clan Chief of the Ramapough Lenape Nation; and Running-Grass, Executive Director of the Three Circles Center.

Program:
1:00-2:00pm: The first hour will be live-streamed on the Princeton University Facebook page

2:00-3:00pm: Q&A on Zoom

3:00-3:30pm: Breakout room discussions on Zoom

3:30-4:00pm: Final discussion, next steps, and closing on Zoom

The breakout room discussions will provide opportunities for small group engagement, developing tangible strategies for the University and student groups to take action towards Environmental Justice.
