Tennille Haynes, Director
The director of the Fields Center works closely with deans and center directors in developing a co-curricular program that enriches Princeton's academic life. The director serves as an adviser and educator for students and as a resource for faculty and staff on issues of diversity, inclusion, social justice and community. Additionally, the center's director helps to organize workshops, training's and retreats for student organizations and campus affiliates that focus on topics related to race and ethnicity, class, civic engagement and leadership development.
The program coordinators serve as a resource for the Carl Fields Center and the student members of the University community. The program coordinator helps to coordinate, sustain, support and evaluate programs relating to the mission of the Carl Fields Center. They provide extensive programming, outreach, and education on campus, and help students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members who use the Center. The program coordinators also assist in advising student organizations and supervising student employees who contribute to the daily operations of the Center.
